Job Description:

1. Managing and seeing all aspects of General Administration End to End
2. Travel Booking Arrangements - Booking for Domestic/ International - Air/ Car/ Hotel /Overseas Insurance/ Overseas Communication End to End

3. Office Infrastructure Maintenance & Housekeeping Service
4. Supervision/Overseeing & Co-ordinating Outsourced Contractors/Office Boys
5. Attending Weekly Admin Meetings
6. Vendor Management for all kind of Admin related purchases
7. Knowledge of Bill processing for payments

Responsibilities include:
1. Inventory Management - Entire Admin
2. Guest House Management - Inspections, Snags and Occupany updates
3. Client Visits and Expat Visit Arrangements
4. Petty Cash Management-Daily
5. Event Management in HR/ Staff Welfare and HR Assistance
6. Company ID Cards/ Business Cards Procurement
7. Asset Management and Inventory
8. Records, Mail Movement and Communication Management
